Description:
Tobi-Kadachi is a swift and agile Fanged Wyvern that glides between trees using its membranous tail and body. It builds up static electricity as it moves, discharging it through powerful tail whips and body slams. Its speed and mobility make it a tricky opponent, especially for new hunters unprepared for its lightning-based attacks.
